Project Details
The mall grounds are located at the “north triangle” formed by the intersection of North Avenue, EDSA, and Mindanao Avenue inQuezon City. Right across it is another major Philippine mall, SM City North EDSA. Located on a 20-hectare parcel of land, the mall has a gross floor area of 195,000 square meters.
It is directly connected to MRT North Avenue Station and is to be connected to the Manila LRT Yellow Lines's proposed LRT North Avenue Station. Next to it are the Manila North Avenue Depot and EDSA Mass Transit Project. A pedestrian overpass connecting TriNoMa to SM City North EDSA was constructed in 2008.
TriNoMa boasts of a bi-level hectare of rooftop gardens, with seven elaborate water features (including a reverse waterfall) in a location for open-air dining.
